A Quality Assurance Team is responsible for:
- Maintaining a compliance program
- Evaluating vendors, products, work performed,and customer
satisfaction
- Maintaining measurement protocols
- Finding a problem and eliminating it
- Understanding product/service quality regulations
- Acting as a technical resource
